Menopause Diary is built so that your entries — which can include sensitive health information — stay on your device. The app does not process any personal data outside your iPhone.

No data collection

• no cloud sync
• no sharing with third parties
• no advertising

What you store in the app

The app only stores the content you create yourself — such as your first name, selected symptoms, their intensity, your own notes and reminder settings. This data stays exclusively on your iPhone and is neither seen nor transmitted by us.

PDF reports

When you create a PDF report, it is generated on your device. Whether and with whom you share or print it is entirely your decision via your iPhone's share sheet.

Purchases and subscriptions

Premium features are offered as an in-app purchase handled by Apple. Payments, subscription management and receipts are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we do not receive any payment data. Apple's privacy terms apply.

Face ID

The optional Face ID protection uses only your iPhone's system feature. Biometric data is processed securely on the device by Apple and is never made accessible to us.

Your control

You can export all of your data or permanently delete it within the app at any time. Deletion removes the data irreversibly. Since the data is stored locally only, we recommend a regular iPhone backup or export.
